Initial consultation at a fixed price.

During an initial consultation, we clarify the facts of the matter and present concrete proposals for a solution. Our goal is to enable you to decide whether – and, if so, how – you wish to pursue your matter further. We offer the following services at affordable and transparent fixed rates:

  •  Initial consultation on trademarks, business names & company symbols

  •  Initial consultation on industrial designs

  •  Initial consultation on patents & utility models

  •  Initial consultation on copyrights

  •  Initial consultation on licensing agreements

  •  Initial consultation on distribution matters

  •  Initial consultation on marketing, advertising & competition

We charge a fixed fee of €300.00 plus VAT for an initial consultation (exclusive to business clients). The consultation can be conducted either in person, by telephone or online and may last approximately one hour.

Should you subsequently retain our services for the same matter, the consultation fee will be credited against our future charges; consequently, you will ultimately incur no cost for the initial consultation itself. Naturally, your initial phone call is always free of charge.
